Got in 8 miles this morning. Beautiful day for running!

    Ran 14 yesterday and enjoying my rest day today. Will probably lift later today.

    I just got home from 6.5 miles. I usually run early in the morning so the "heat" made my workout feel harder in a good way. I had fun!

    Ran 8 today, I was stupid and went out at 2 in 95 degree weather! Don't know what I thinking, plus it was super windy, at least I got it in though, tomorrow should be a better run hopefully, have fun out there runners!
