I'm a newbie here and would like some advise. how do I find out the calories of home made food, lasagne, spaghetti bolognese, pizzas that I just pull together without weighing ingredients.

I am now getting in the habit of weighing but could do with knowing the easiest way of working out the calories. I also have a bread maker & would like to work out the calories on home made bread.

Can anyone advise the best, easiest & accurate way of calculating this information.

Many Thanks

I total up all the calories from the nutritional facts off everything I use in a recipe. Then divide by the number of servings.
