Hi

I have seen quite a few people mention that this method of exercise worked for them.

Could someone please explain how it works and how I would be best starting this as a complete novice?

  • a simple way to start - if you can run- is to go all out sprint for 15-20 seconds and then a slow jog for 40-45 seconds and repeat for 20'ish mins.
