Carbs/Protein/Fat

So I need some help. What should my protein and carb percentage be? I need to lose about 8 more pounds so I upped the protein and decreased the carb but i think i may have done it wrong. Also I keep going over my fat and i know that cannot be good! what can i do to stop that from happening bc i know alot of the fat is from the whole raw almonds and i dont want to get rid of those. i would appreceiate your help!
