Creamy Lemon and Sweet Chilli Salmon Pasta.

This pasta has been a heowge hit!

I picked up some Light sweet chilli Philly a few days ago. Amazing stuff!

3/4 tub of sweet chilli philly
1 tin of salmon (I imagine this would be delicious with smoked salmon too, but I am on a budget)
230g wholewheat spaghetti
Juice of 1 lemon
peas, leeks, brocolli etc
plenty of cracked black pepper

SERVES 3 - Adjust accordingly!

Easy peasy - Cook your spaghetti according to the instructions on the pack
Steam / boil your veggies too. Frozen leaks will need longer than the pasta if you want to get them really soft, remember!
Drain both and tip all into big pan. Stir through 3/4 of the pack of chilli philly, and give it all a good stir. Squeeze in your lemon juice and heap on the black pepper! Serve immediately with salad.

Total cooking time - 12-15 mins
Total cals - will vary accoring to veg but around 200 per 75g portion.
