Couch 2 5K - Week 2 - how did you feel?

I have done week 1 and I am scared about week 2...how was everyone else's reaction to week 2?

    every single week was the same for me.. I was a total non-runner.. I only did it on a bet. And every week, I'd look at my partner and say, "Well, we did it. I don't know how, but we did. I have no idea how in the world we're going to pull off next week, but let's show up and give it a try." We said this EVERY WEEK. There's no point in being scared.. you show up, you do it. It's doable, you know this because you just finished another week.

    Now I'm a year out from finishing c25k and I've ran a few 5ks and a half marathon. It was wonderful, and I'm sooo glad I kept showing up to do the next week.. it changed my life!
