Hi Guys...

I weigh 112lb, and i want to tone up! :) I dont want to concentrate on watching the scales, as i know muscle weighs more than fat, so if anything the scales will go up! anyway im doing a sports science degree at the mo which doesnt really involve participating in any sports at all! so ive decided I want to make a change.

anyone in a similar position to me, who just wants to tone up, with any tips on eating habits would be great. I know all about the gym work side of it, i do my fair share of cardio/strength workouts :)
