so confused............. how do i add fats from nuts. i love eating nuts of all kinds but they r full of fat as well. although i know its good fat but how do i add to my food diary. someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you just type in nuts.. or almonds, or walnuts or whatever it is you're eating. You shouldn't have to add the fats.. it will be in the database already. Add it like any other food.0

i'm unsure of what you're asking. Log what nut or brand of nut you're eating and if the macros are filled out right, the fat will appear in your diary0

I too am confused. You add it in your diary like you would any other food. And the fat from the nuts will go against your ratios for the day. Just becuase it's good fat doesn't mean it shouldn't count.0
