In that forum someone list a website for where you can go to do it.0 -
Best (most accurate )options are:
Hydrostatic weighing (done at some universities and gyms)
BodPod (done at some universities and gyms)
Everything else will just be rough estimate with some being better then others.0 -

I have a set of body fat calipers that i measure 12 different areas (with my wife as a helper) and I don't make an area until I can get 3 consistent readings.0
