High in calories low in fat and sugar??

I am looking for some foods to add to my calorie intake that are high in calories, but low in fat and sugar. The dilemma I am having is when I try to get close to my 1200 calorie goal I end up going way over my fat and sugar intake. I need about 300 calories that aren't high in fat or sugar.
For example.....
Totals 787 91 34 40 2,056 13
Your Daily Goal 1,200 165 40 45 2,500 24
Remaining 413 74 6 5 444 11
Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar
For example.....

Lentils, beans, quinoa, tofu. All are high in protein and fiber. Plus they're delicious.0
