Cardio, calisthenics, HIIT... please help - need some focus

Hello everyone. I am in need of some advise from the more knowledgeable fitness and exercise people on here. I've been on MFP since July and have been focusing on my diet heavily and now am at the point of wanting to change my focus towards body composition and body fat loss through exercise routines (and of course cleaning up my diet a little more).
Some background - I'm 25, 5'5; started at 175lbs, now I'm 130-135lbs and about 26% BF. I don't know what my goal is but, I know I want to drop a little more weight & get a lower BF%.
I don't have money or time for a gym membership so all of my exercise is without machines & at home. I'm also not into DVDs and have a short attention span most of the time so, I want to make sure I'm getting the most productivity out of my routine in the shortest amount of time.
I speed walk about 10miles per week and am looking to add something to that. But don't know what? Sometimes I do yoga. Sometimes I do some calisthenics, in a HIIT style - bust out how ever many reps I can in 60secs, rest for 10secs, move on to the next exercise.
So, how can I add more focus to my routine and gain benefits? Should I continue doing the calisthenics in this style? Or should I do more traditional with defined sets/reps? Do I have to do more cardio (besides my daily walking)? I have the option to jog stairs although I kinda loathe doing it.
Any and all advise appreciated. :flowerforyou:
