Why am I so hungry?

I'm eating sensibly, and have been for the past 3 weeks. I'm really happy with my food choices--mostly lean meats, whole grains and fruit and veg, HOWEVER, I am really hungry all the time. I'm training for a half marathon--I've done these before, so the exerience isn't new. I'm dilligently recording my training along with my food. Why am I so hungry? Am I eating the wrong things? What can I do?

How's your protein intake? It sounds like you're watching everything, but that's something that really effects my hunger levels.

Also, I find that when I eat sensibly I do need to eat more often.

Also, I get really hungry feeling when I'm thirsty.

    Those are my only ideas.

    Other than hormones? :flowerforyou:

I agree with making sure you are getting enough protien. I try to have eggs for breakfast (it's proven that they help you stay fuller longer) and fit peanut butter with fruit in my day somewhere.
