Fat Burning from different body parts

I’m delighted to say my regime is working well for me and I’m burning fat at a steady rate. I’m also taking my measurements.
I’m curious as to how the fat burns in certain locations. Some weeks it appears to go from my stomach the next maybe my arms then chest and legs etc.
Is there any pattern as to where the body takes the energy from?

I actually don't know the science behind fat oxidation in terms of how the body determines where it will oxidize from, so from a technical standpoint I can't answer.
From a practicality standpoint, there is nothing you can do to manipulate this process.0 -
The only information I'm aware of is in terms your gender, as women tend to put on fat differently than men (in general terms) caused by the sex hormones, and that when the process is reversed, it tends to reverse in that order.

I've noticed this as well. From what I've read, it has to do with fat cell blood flow and a lot of other hormonal things that are way too complicated for us to understand.
If you're really interested here's a few good links

Lyle's "Stubborn Fat Solution" is a great read on the subject. Accurate, painstaking scientific detail, as usual.0 -
