Hi, I've avoided lunch with my co-worker for two weeks now, but she finally got me to agree today. Lunch has been our thing for the past two years and she's really pregnant and only wants Mexican food. Should I eat the chicken tortilla soup or the crunchy beef taco lunch?I know for sure their salads are packed with fat and calories. I'm looking for your opinion on what the healthier choice is. Gringo's does not offer nutritional info on their menu. Thanks!!

I would do the chicken soup with a side salad, no croutons or cheese, dressing on the side.0

That is a good idea! I didn't even think about a side salad. Thanks!0

I would think the soup as well, as long as it is broth based and not cream. Yummy tortilla soup - I have homemade in the crockpot right now. 230 cals for 1.5 cups - the BEST EVER! Way to be a planner - enjoy your lunch.0

Thanks so much! I think I'm going to go with the chicken soup. I've been doing so well and I would hate to mess that up. I would agree with the soup option. Just watch the cheese in it.0
