up and down, up and down

I try to exercise every day but my efforts are up and down, sometimes i have no ambition or energy to go to the gym. My appetite goes up and down too, some days i eat only around 800-1000 calories, others I eat 1400. I've had my weight below 200 twice but can't seem to keep it below that or go lower than about 195.

I need motivation, encouragement and healthy snack choices,

    Just try to keep pushing yourself, I'm at that weight I can't seem to go down any more, so i'm mostly going for the exercise and at least not gain any more, keep saying to yourself you got to keep pushing every day, good luck to you.
