Help, my thighs are different sizes!

Ok here it is, my right thigh is a full 1.5 to 1.75 inches larger than my left. I know there is probably more muscle under the right thigh or some logical reason for it, but it drives me nuts. I do pay extra attention in my work outs to make sure my left leg is working just as hard but I've seen no improvement in the difference. When I lose inches I loose on both legs at the same rate. I have also noticed my right thigh has more cellulte and is a different shap than my left. Any suggestions? I'm honestly embarassed and I feel like the difference is obvious in my clothes and when I go swimming with my kids.
