I love Sorbet!!!! but the problem with it. it's So Full of Sugar, never much fibre or protein. and it takes a long time to make.
Traditional Sorbet is water, sugar and pureed Fruit.
This is non traditional!!
I added a bit of Soy Milk for to think it a wee bit. And Golden flax seed at the end for more Fibre.!
So I changed it
I actually ate this for breakfast.

It makes 2 servings for dessert. or one for a meal... <.<

1 Container Sunrise Silk Tofu. Any flavor. I used Peach Mango.
1 Cup frozen Raspberries
1/2 Cup blue berries
1/8 or 1/4 Light Silk
1 Tbsp Golden Roasted Flax.

Mix it all in a blender or magic bullet except the flax. add that at the end or not at all. I like the crunch!
