Whats the easiest way to get back to tracking? I've tried and fallen off the tracking wagon a few times already. Although i have maintained throughout my absence I know i need to get back to tracking to make sure i dont gain. Any ideas?

What do you mean?? Just go to the food diary and log your food.

You have to want to do it. If it is too tough, start out slowly. Start to cut out some of your downfall foods or find healthier options so you don't feel so restricted. Try to get just 10 minutes a day of exercise and then add 10 minutes...and so on. I know it is tough, I am still new to this but I have never felt so proud of myself in just losing 10 lbs. Do you really want to gain all that weight that you have already lost and start over? My quote on my profile is my biggest motivator. "If you are tired of starting over, quit giving up."

Thanks :) Yeah i haven't been able to step up my weight loss to the next level. I still walk a few times a week, and try to eat healthy most of the time. I am really glad that i didn't jump up on the scales in general. But i think you're right starting with just 10 minutes a day and devoting it to logging so i can see where i can make improvements and consistency. I have a hard time with following through on tasks and this has just been another thing that i let slip away.

BTW i love that quote! "If you are tired of starting over, quit giving up."
