how do you calculate calories burned ? I am having trouble finding how to track it on mfp. I am on week 2 so I jog 90 sec and walk 2 min for a total of 20 minutes. thanks in advance!

I log the minutes I run and walk separately. So for week 2 I did 22 min of Walking (3.5 mph) and 9 min of Running (5 mph).0
