Nature's Secret - Super Cleanse

I started a topic sometime last week about anyone doing a colon cleanse before because of my severe constipation and horrible gas (I believe I was referred to the "I smell like a sewer" post - haha).

Anyways, we have a grocery store called Naturally Yours in my town, and I picked up a dietary supplement called Super Cleanse by Nature's Secret. It's full of natural ingredients & herbs to promote a healthy digestive system. I started taking it on Friday (one pill in the morning, one at night) and I am supposed to take it for thirty days to naturally cleanse out my system. I read some testimonials online before trying it (everyone seemed positive about its effects). And I must say..... IT WORKS! It is nothing like a laxative - all natural, gentle... no immediate results (took about a day and a half to begin working). I am already feeling so much better, less gassy, cleaned out, and much more lively.

The only bad side effect was the first day I had a "detox" headache, as others call it.

I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone else who is having the same troubles as I was (I know many of you are; I've read the posts!!!)

Just a forewarning though: make sure if you are going to use this product to stay very hydrated and to keep up on your water. Because your system is detoxing and cleansing itself out, it is highly likely you will become dehydrated in the process.
