What to eat before cycling?

I've been trying to come up with a good quick mini-dinner before I go to the gym. I get off work at 430, then I have cycling at 6 and yoga at 7. I need to eat something before I go that's light, but will keep me full until 8. I've tried oatmeal, but the whole time I'm cycling I feel like I'm about to vomit it back up, even if I eat it an hour before class.
Does anyone have any ideas on something light to eat before going to the gym that won't make me feel like I'm going to vomit?
