setting my #'s right

I am trying to figure the best way to have accurate daily calorie goal (intend to eat back exercise calories).
I weigh 135 trying to get to about 120 to 125 seeing how I feel along the way. I set to lose 1/2lb per week. I am 5'3''and 45yrs old. Some days I spend quite a bit of time sedentary @ desk. Others days I am more active (sometimes have to go on appt's for work drive, inspections etc). I teach preschool gymnastics twice a week @ night.
I had my activity level set @ sedentary but just changed it to slightly active. Do you think that is ok? Or do I need to set it back?
I do 30DS every morning and have been doing 15 min on exercise bike 3 nights a week. Like I said I plan to eat back exercise calories.
Also MFP calculates my BMR @ 1226 but on 3 other sites it ranges from 1319 to 1326 using same info.
I want to continue to lose & not be hungry most of the time. I am always way over on protien & fiber.
I was @ 1310 when sedentary. It upped to 1400 @ slightly active. Based on the above should I change it back to sedentary or do you think I can still lose @ 1400
