Help setting up my nutrition goals please? (Diabetic)

I'm having a difficult time with my goals, particularly after I add an exercise and it adjusts the numbers. I'm diabetic so my carbs need to be lower than it's setting it at. I tried manual mode but I don't know how to adjusts the percentages to make it right.

This is what it shows:

My carbs need to be around 165-180. The calories are too high too, even with working out.. The dieticians tell me it should be 1300-1400 with workouts. Thank you for your help and if I'm missing any important information that could help, just let me know. Thanks!
