Currently I only sprinkle it on popcorn but I don't eat popcorn very frequently. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to add it in?

Put it on top of spaghetti as a Parmesan substitute.

I'm still looking for somewhere that sells that here in the UK (I am reluctant to order foody stuff online)

I've been keen to give it a try since amoeba15 told me about it a few months ago. I've read that it can be good to add it to salads, or sprinkle over porridge or granola at breakfast too.

Soups, stews, dips, vegan cheese or alfredo sauce

I LOVE nutritional yeast! Sprinkle it on salads, pastas, veggies, potatoes, soups, etc. You can also make different "cheese" sauces with it. Since it is used a lot as a cheese substitute, look on vegan websites such as vegweb.com and happyherbivore.com. Godairyfree.org has some good recipes, too. Hope that helps!

I'm glad you asked this. I keep it on hand solely for adding to my popcorn, but I never think to use it with anything else. I'm looking forward to seeing more replies!

Oh, yes! Check out The Happy Herbivore Cookbook. Quite a few recipes in there that call for nutritional yeast.

I mostly use nutritional yeast in salad dressing (kind of gives it a Caesar-y taste) and in tofu ricotta cheese. You can really sneak it anywhere you need salty, cheesy flavor - it's great on top of pasta with sauce, cooked broccoli or in meatless ball or loaf recipes!

I mix it into my chili, taco soup, on pasta. I've even made a pasta sauce using it as the major ingredient and it was awesome! You can use it anywhere you'd use cheese basically.
