Fiber: how much is too much?

Based on the title I feel like I'm writing an expose on broccoli gone bad or something. :)

Really, though.... MFP has my fiber set at 16 and I'm already up to 26 for the day before logging dinner. I just turned on tracking for fiber and sodium, and looking back through my food diary (feel free to check it out) sodium is seeming a lot more reasonable than I thought, and I'm regularly over on my fiber intake.

Thoughts? Feelings?

    I have read that women under 50 should be getting 20 to 25 Grams per day. So 16 seems low.
