How to reduce sugar intake??

Does any body have tips and tricks to keeping their sugar intake low? I recently started watching the amount of sugar I intake daily in my diary and it seems I'm always going over. The sugar is mainly coming from fruits, veggies, and greek yogurt. I know too much sugar can impede weight loss so any advice would be helpful!

Try to reduce ADDED sugars ... the natural ones are ok. Yes, fruit has sugar, but it also has fiber & other key nutrients. Stick with whole fruits as juices may reduce most of the fiber.
Watch the Greek yogurt ... some brands (even styles) have more sugar than others. Dannon "blended" greek is very high in added sugars (for greek yogurt) - the Dannon "fruit on the bottom" is better. Look at different labels & see if you can get any lower.0
