Just wondering if anyone living in Ireland looking for a bit of support from similiar regarding
food ideas etc

    Yay! i live in Ireland! ^^. I also find it hard to shop and eat right here, especialy on a budget.

    I live in Ireland, I find it ok, I just need to work out to earn extra calories... The best way to shop is with a list and take time to look at the calorie content. I also weigh out my measurements so I am acurate with my tracking. Is there anything in particular you would like to know?:smile:
