How do i track exercise DVDs

I do a combination of things for exercise, one thing i do are exercise DVDs, but i can't figure out how to enter them under my daily exercise. Help???

    Most exercise DVDs are considered circuit training. It's a combo of some aerobics (jumping jacks, running in place, etc) some calisthenics (push-ups, pull-ups, crunches), and some strength exercises (weight training). If not, then it's probably just aerobics. :)

    Suggestion - look up your DVD on collagevideo.com

    It will tell you several things about your DVD - example 30 Day Shred is listed as having 3 - 27 minute "aero/tone intervals" The listing says its advanced / high impact. "Aero/tone" = Circuit Training

    So ........for 30 Day Shred .......use circuit training - 27 minutes (here on MFP). I write this info down on an index card and keep it inside the DVD case so I don't have to keep looking it up everytime.
