:noway: Well the other day I finally took my measurements and took my before picture, it is so God awful! I know why I am here and I know I have to change, but how did you all get the strength and courage to post a starting picture. I don’t know if I could do it, I know it is easier when you have the “after” picture. Just was curious what everyone thought.

I am starting (again) and need some major encouragement….very easy to feel overwhelmed and angry at myself right now.

Been look at some of the before and after posts (Mom's etc) they are all amazing.

    I posted about this exact same feeling about three weeks ago. I took before pictures and was absolutely disgusted with myself. Looking at that before picture is AWFUL! But you will be so glad that you have it later...I've taken some pictures since then and I can see my back fat slowly disappearing. It's a great feeling.

    Just push it out of your mind and focus on your journey ahead.
