Does anyone here work long shifts? How do get your small meals in, and what do you eat?

    I have a lot of flexibility with my work so instead of taking one hour-long lunch break I take several 15 min-breaks. I measure out my portions beforehand.

    I'm a shift worker. I usually manage to sneak what I need unless it's really busy. But I can usually manage to grab a cheese stick and an apple, or some veggies and hummus, and snack when it's not crazy.
    How long are your shifts?
