I just use www.bettycrocker.com and scan through recipes. There are several that I find that are yummy, pretty haelthy and with some slight adjustments, I can make even healthier. I have used some of the 'Low Calorie' and 'Low Sodium' recipes, but our favorites have been found elsewhere on the site.

Allreipes!! They let you save your own "recipe box." They offer selections for different health needs, low sodium, low fat, kid friendly, etc. I modify things to be healthier if needed. I also use Delish because they offer a way to save your stuff into a recipe box.

I have found quite a few great recipes from Sparkpeople.com and Hungry Girl.com. The Sparkpeople single serve brownie is fast and yummy and only 95 calories. I had not heard of some of the other sites, but will be visiting to see what I can find. I am always looking for something new or a lighter version of a favorite recipe. I have lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks and although I know most of it was water weight, I am still lighter and feeling better so it is a win/win for me. Good luck in reaching your goal!

I really like the blog called "a veggie venture" (http://kitchen-parade-veggieventure.blogspot.com/). They have an A to Z of vegetables, with basic cooking info and delicious meal ideas. I often get bored of eating the "same old vegetables'" and this allows me to get creative and try something new.
