Struggling to eat my fitness calories

I've been at the gym about 5 days a week and struggling to eat the 500 calories I am burning each day. I know that I need to eat them but even today Im feeling full at 6pm and haven't even thought about dinner yet. If I skip dinner and have a snack, it will leave me about 300 calories under.

Anyone else struggling to eat their fitness calories???
