    Thank you all. I still have a lot to go, but with people like you all it will be easier!! :) I do feel a lot better 60 pounds lighter!

    That is so awesome! Don't beat yourself up over 1 lb. You LOST 60, that is fantastic! Tomorrow brings a new day and as long as your committed to this being a way of life you have nothing to stress over. Make sure that you weigh yourself in the morn. I am proud of you even though I don't know you. Keep it up. :smile:
