Gabriel Method?

Has anyone read the Gabriel Method book? Is it worth buying? My library does not have a copy, so I am reluctant to buy it unseen. I may check to see if B&N has it so I can peruse it before hand. I had never heard of it until I clicked on an ad on this site for it.
Has anyone tried the approach?

    i was wondering this as well. seems too good to be true, but maybe worth reading for some good tips at the very least. i was thinking of ordering a used copy of it from amazon.
