Multivitamin suggestions?

I'm a college student so I'm constantly tired and don't always eat what's best for me. (Hey, guess that's why I'm here.) I've previously taken multivitamins and they seemed to help but somewhere along the way I stopped taking them. Now, I'm looking for something new to try. I was previously taking Women's Centrum Silver. Yes, it's for women over 50 but it had the most calcium, which I need. I was looking at GNC Women's Ultra Mega® Energy and Metabolism. Has anyone tried these or have any suggestions? I know I should be getting everything from what I eat but that just doesn't happen. Please, help. I'm tired of relying on coffee to make it through the day.

  • I get my Multi's from Creation's Garden. They're all plant sourced vitamins and minerals. They're made here in the USA in a facility that also produces GMP pharmaceuticals. Check out their website if you're interested. The people are very friendly and helpful.

One downside, their vitamins and mineral tablets don't smell so good... it doesn't bother me, but my GF has trouble with them.
