This is the hardest part of the whole diet process for me...me thinking I can have just one bite of something! Because one bite turns in to 2 then 3.... I feel so bad because my friend started MFP before me and I kept asking her if she wanted a bite of something that I was eating. But she was always sure that no she did not want a bite. How rude of me to even ask her! So the moral of the story? No we will NOT have just one bite! Do any of you struggle with this?

Personally the one bite keeps me sane..........few of the kids fry's, three peanut butter m&m's...............one hershey kiss............etc.............
plus its a nice way to work on your will power..............which is your strongest ally

Not rude! But, for someone like me, I really don't know how to stop at one at this point in my journey. Time and comsistency will earn me the strength :) You can get past this! Just keep doing what you know you should be :)
  • 1st of all yay for u on the 48# weight loss! Ok so with me being diabetic I crave sweets of any kind and I tend to start compromising with myself which is a bad sign. I have a lot of will power...its called say no in the 1st place. :-) I know over time I will get better!
