A suggestion to keep you motivated if you haven't yet: Fill out your profile!


I really thought about mine, and wrote down everything I felt about how I got to where I am and where I want to be. When i have moments where i am feeling unmotivated, I revisit my profile and it reminds me of why I'm doing what I'm doing. Usually it'll motivate me right onto the treadmill :)

Also: Add a photo that inspires you to the background of your "goal weight" chart -- in my case, it's a photo from an adventure i was on. a photo from a snorkel trip on my honeymoon. It reminds me of a happier time, when I was more fit and reminds me of what I hope will be in my future.

Keep at it, everyone! No matter what your reasons, be proud that you're taking control of your health & devoting the time and energy to yourself for once!
