I just joined MFP on Friday, I am looking for support and motivation from fellow Richmonders. I have set a goal of 75 pounds to lose, but I will still need to lose more than that. I am mother of two young boys, 3.5 years old and 3 months old. I need to this for myself by all means, but I want to be able to run around and stay active with them, They deserve it! I am 5'2 and currenlty weigh 225 and that is after losing 12 pounds already between Jan.16th and Feb.17th. I am doing South Beach with my husband and I am finding it hard to be under my calories even with added excerise. HELP!!!!!

    lol...create a new post that doesnt single it out to people in the richmond area.....this site is very diverse with people from other countries and everything...that is how i made some friends on here
