I think I need help! :-/

So I'm still learning how to eat a more balanced diet. I never kept track of anything before, so these numbers are shocking me. I don't know much about "nutrition" other than the whole "eat more fruits & veggies" part. I KNOW I need more iron, as I'm borderline anemic. But as far as the vitamins/proteins/fiber, etc...I just don't know what I need to do to get more balanced. I don't know how MFP totals are as my sugars are always over just from fruits alone. Anyone steer me in the right direction? :-) This is my info from my nutrition values today. I took a screenshot on my phone and uploaded it. Along with this, Here are my calorie values:
