First Course (your choice of one):
* Blackened hangar steak seared medium rare with a spicy fresh herb chimi churri salsa.
* Sweet potato and shrimp croquettes with jamon serrano, smoked cheddar, basil and mint over cayenne béchamel.
* Wild Mushroom escabeche with fire roasted gypsy chiles and shaved manchego cheese
Second Course (your choice of one):
* Jicama cucumber and green apple salad with cilantro paparika and lime.
* Sweet onion brodo with cabrales bleu cheese and pan tomate crutons.
* Cara Cara orange red onion and beldi olive salad.
Third Course (your choice of one each):
* Pan seared double cut Kurobuta pork tenderloin over fresh field greens with a Colorado plum chutney, papaya seed dressing and Turkish pomegranate.
* San Cocho of Caribbean grouper, large prawn and diver scallop in a coconut oil infused broth with campari tomato grilled onion and arugula greens.
* Marinated Loin of lamb over fresh spinach greens with a red beet ginger and lime glaze topped with large prawn.
* Vegetarian plate with marinated grilled eggplant, piquillo peppers, Asiago fresco, patatas bravas and marinated asparagus.

we go on sunday. we have eaten there once before and had a great time. the food is scrumptious! although the service can be slow.0
