I have a really bad cold and I can taste nothing! :ohwell: I am eating only b/c I have too.
I have no desire to eat anything even after forcing myself to do cardio for 45 minutes.
Should I force myself to eat or just let it slide for today? I was up 1lb today so I really want to kick it into gear this week before I backslide too far!!!
Making myself some Vegetable Beef Barley Soup .....
Thanks for any advice!
