so latley i have been noticing i am hungry at night but not through-out the day. I always eat breakfast, then work out for about 2 hs have a protein shake, then i eat lunch then have supper, by about 8 im stariving i will have a snakc then again later in the night i am hungy again. I drink water all day so i know im not dehydrated is there something im missing? I have always thought that you should stop eating after a ceritan time but that doesnt seem to be the case many people say to have a snack through out the night? HELPPPP i dont want all my hard work to go down the tubes.. i have my diary open so take a look and tell me what you think i am open to all suggestions

I find if you resist and don't eat, the hunger pangs go away. Your body is probably just used to getting food late at night.0

Eat when you are hungry. Don't eat when you are not. If you are hungry at night, eat at night. If you are not hungry in the mornings or during the day, don't eat.
Edit: and don't go hungry and forget about the hunger pains, don't avoid them. If you are hungry. eat.0
