The amount of fat and calories is dependant on the cut any type of protein. White meats and chicken are generally lower in fats than lamb and beef. In saying that different cuts of the same meat can vary in fat and calories for example skinless chicken breast is lower in fats and calories than chicken thighs. Does that make sense, or have I confused you more?0
