anybody got any tips to getting back on track, after having a few bad diet days.
i was doing great for 5 weeks lost 13 pounds with mainly calorie counting. was feeling great. had a couple family functions over last weekend had big meals with family and few too many drinks. and things have spiralled from there. this week is also a bad week at work and home so i have extra stress so i have been eating everything -- still keeping the calories to about 1800 but i really want to be about 1300. i am having one heck of a time finding any motivation/ energy or desire to do any sort of workout.
i know i shouldn't have even had those big meals or drinks but i love the socialization, the fun with family and friends and not willing to give that up at this point. not willing to avoid fun events at this point.
does anyone have any good tips of things that they do to help get their diet and motivation back on track after having a bad day(s)?? or anyone have good tips to stoping the craving of fats and sweets?
yesterday i did struggle through 15 minutes of eliptical and still didn't feel any better or any more motivated after. -- i am sure that my sluggishness is greatly attributed to the crap i ate and now crave constantly. (sorry if i rambled it is midnight, i am tired and i am at work)
