it has been a great struggle for me =/
but im looking to a good push !!!!!!!

    Hi, meoohmee. Welcome to MFP. It can be a challenge.
    Keep yourself focused on what you want and what you need to do to get there. Remember you are important and your health is important. This struggle is one day at a time. Do not get overwhelmed by worrying about the whole month or next week. Take care of yourself new each day. Drink lots of water, eat good healthy meals, exercise or at least walk. And be happier. Stress will prevent you from reaching your goals.

    If you every have any questions, I can try and help. I am learning as I go.
