Weird topic:
I'm starting to get into weights and I'm trying to figure out things to incorporate to my life that I can do while I'm doing other things. So far I've come up with lifts and things to do while waiting for my computer to load and strength training in ad breaks while watching tv. It sounds odd but I don't get a lot of "down time" to myself and I want to make the most of the time I do have,

If you cook, I guess lift weights while you are weighting for water to boil if you don't have to prep anything?
Um lift weights while you are taking a crap in the bathroom? LOL! Sorry, that is a gross one.
If you are in school and you study, lift weights while you are reading your textbook.

I'm doing a distance ed course, when I say at my computer studying is usually what I mean, but my internet is slow so there is a lot of waiting time. Lol @ the second one!! Yeah the cooking one is a good idea
