Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Push-ups

Let's see if we can do 100.

Starting today the new rules are:
You can break them up into sets but your first set MUST be as many as you can do in one set. In other words, we want to build up our strength to do these exercise.

Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.

The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
Have them done before midnight. "Midnight" is when YOU go to bed.

My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.
