Not feeling too great! :-(

Hi everyone.
I am feeling really rough at the moment. :frown: :frown:

I have been having a bit of trouble going to the toilet for about a week and now its come to the point where i am doubled up in pain yesterday and today and can't even think about exercise!! :mad:

I feel like i was just beginning to get toned and now i feel all flabby and bloated and lethargic!

I have been eating more fruit today and drinking more water and orange juice etc and my stomach pain feels a little better but my mind really wants to exercise but my body is screaming NOOOOOO!

I feel like all my hard work to get fit and exercise regime is going down the drain and when i feel better i will be back to square one fitness wise!

Just needed a vent!

    Well don't worry about it too much unless your are taking a few weeks off.

    If your problem is not going maybe you should consider a laxitive. I know when you switch your diet around it can reck havock on your system, and things don't pass as easily as we would like them too.

    I'm sorry you feel so bad. But really, all your hard work won't go down the drain in just one day. Try eating some prunes.

    From what I hear, it sounds as if you're working very hard. So take courage! Hard work pays off. :)

    Sorry your not feeling well. I totally feel your pain and can relate!

    I found the most excellent thing - Benefiber. You mix it in your drinks (it has no taste) and that I promise will help you out. Like most things, you feel a little worse before you feel better.

    Lately with the change in my diet and exercise, I am having the same issues. Sometimes I think its just a shock to your body and it doesn't know just what to do so it hangs on to everything! As for losing your fitness, don't worry, you won't. It takes a long time for that to happen - your angry and want to go to the gym because you crave it. Its that high you get when you exercise (endorphins). Anyway, take some guilt free time off to put your body back in order before pushing yourself again.

    on the up side....once this ummmm passes you will be a couple of pounds lighter:laugh: at least that's how it worked for me.
