The day after cardio.

Does your body retain water like it does the day after lifting? Not like running a marathon or anything but just a decent 30 minute elliptical workout?

I would assume so... cause it still has to repair stuff.
I mean I did a decent 45 minute interval workout yesterday on the treadmill and I weighed this morning and I'm up like 4 pounds... but then again I'm bouncing between 151-155 anyway, so it could have nothing to do with the cardio and what I ate last night0 -
