I was invited by a MFP friend and am looking forward to getting to know you guys. I have a lot to lose, but I've been on MFP for almost 55 days and at a new gym for 32. I'm so proud of myself for the positive changes I'm making even if I haven't seen much on the scale yet. However, my fitness level and flexibility has changed. I'm currently laid up with a busted knee on crutches, but I'm doing the best I can. So excited to be here!
